  • How can I pay for my order?
    You can pay by debit/credit card, bank transfer, PayPal or cash upon delivery. When ordering, you will be prompted to choose a convenient method of payment. For legal entities and individual entrepreneurs, we provide payment by bank transfer. We do not store or process bank card data: Funtic accepts payments using the verified payment system Stripe. certified according to the international payment card security standard PCI DSS.
  • Funcoin voucher
    Funcoin is the cashback value that you receive from each order. You can use Funcoin as payment upon checkout. Go to your Funcoin wallet ( Click the yellow sign at the bottom left of your screen). Select "issue voucher" and choose the amount of Funcoin you would like to spend. After that you will receive a promocode that you can use to pay upon checkout. Conditions of Use: 1. You may only use the Funcoin voucher once. 2. If total amount of your order exceeds the par value of the voucher, you will have to pay the difference. 3. Adding up several vouchers to pay for an order is not allowed. 4. The voucher does not entitle the customer to receive cash funds in the amount of the voucher value. 5. The voucher must be applied when placing the order. 6. Bonuses do not add up with promo codes.
  • I can't pay by card. What should I do?
    Payment can fail for a variety of reasons. If the bank rejects the payment: - Check the accuracy of the data entered and the account balance, - If it doesn't work, try another card. - Other than that try to use your bank card via PayPal payment method instead. If you have money on your card, entered the data correctly, but the payment still fails - please, contact us at the help center.
  • Is it safe to pay by card on the site?
    Yes, it is absolutely safe: we work only with official and reliable payment system Stripe certified according to international payment system security standard PCI DSS Level 1 Certification audit takes place annually. To protect customer data, all card numbers are encrypted on disk with AES-256. Decryption keys are stored on separate machines.
  • When will I get my money back if I cancel my order?
    Once an order is canceled, funds will be refunded immediately. However, it may take time for them to show up in your bank account. On average, this process takes 3-5 days but can take up to 14 business days.
  • Can I pay in cash?
    Yes, it is possible, however, it's possible only in Vienna. For orders above 150€ we require 20% deposit to be made by advance payment.
  • What guarantee that my money will reach you?
    Confirmation of payment by bank card is instant. We use the Stripe payment system, which is a certified and secure way of payment. As soon as the payment is made, you will receive a notification from your bank about the successful payment.
  • How long does it take to get a refund?
    Refunds are issued to your card within 1 to 14 banking days. If you request a refund, we will return the money instantly. Then the payment system processes the refund to your bank. This procedure usually takes up to 1 banking day. Once the funds are returned to your bank they should be credited to your account. This procedure depends entirely on the side of your bank. When the funds are credited to your bank account, you will receive a refund transaction check via notification and SMS from your bank.
  • How do I pay by wire transfer for businesses?
    When ordering, you will be offered several payment methods, including Bank transfer. Choose "Bank transfer" and don't forget to enter your company details. You will then be prompted to download an invoice for payment of a specific order. As soon as the required amount is credited to our current account, your order will be transferred to the store.
  • Can I pay by bank transfer?

  • Can you deliver my order if I don't know the recipient's address?
    Yes! To do this, click "Find out the recipient's address" when placing your order and select the day of delivery. In the morning on the day of delivery, the recipient will receive a text message with a request to specify the address where it will be convenient for him or her to get the gift. The recipient clicks the link and specifies a convenient address and time to receive the order. As soon as we know the address and time of delivery we'll let you know what time your order will be delivered. The delivery address will remain hidden to you in order to protect the recipient's personal information. We will inform you once it will be out for delivery. When ordering flowers, balloons, and confectionery you will also receive a photo of your order before delivery.
  • Is instant delivery possible?
    Among the products presented on Funtic, there are always those that can be delivered in the shortest possible time - from 30 minutes after placing your order. Contact us to help you with your selection.
  • How much does shipping cost?
    The cost of delivery depends: a) on the rates of each particular store b) on the remoteness of the store from the destination. If you know the exact delivery address, specify it when ordering, then the cost of delivery will be displayed in the cart. If you don't know the exact address, the store will specify it on the day of delivery to the recipient. If the recipient's address is outside the standard delivery zones of the store, the seller will contact you on an additional invoice.]
  • When can they deliver?
    The closest delivery time for each specific item is displayed on its page.
  • Can it be delivered by an exact time?
    As standard, you can specify a 1 half-hour delivery interval on the site. There is no delivery to the exact time, but you can always specify your wishes in the additional information to the order, and the staff of the executing store will try to do their best to deliver it at the desired time
  • How will I know if my order has been delivered?
    As soon as your order is delivered you will be able to find out about it: From an SMS-message if your phone number is specified in your profile By e-mail, if you placed the order online.
  • Is it possible to deliver at night or early in the morning?
    Yes, delivery is possible at any time of the day. Please pay attention, that not all stores accept such deliveries or charge additional fees. The best way is to contact us and we will advise you.
  • Do you have a pickup option?
    Yes, sure. While placing an order, please select "Pick up" delivery option. You will receive instructions from us on how to pick-up your order.
