Section VI: Other Conditions

1. Users may participate in the Funtic Loyalty Program subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the Funtic Service Loyalty Program posted on the Internet at https://funtic.net/loyalty/.
2. If for any reason one or more provisions of the Terms are deemed invalid or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity or applicability of the remaining provisions of the Terms.
3. The Terms shall be governed by and construed by the laws of the Republic of Austria. Any issues not regulated by the Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Austria. Any possible disputes arising from the relationship governed by the Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Austria.
4) Funtic does not warrant against interruptions in Service, such as technical failures, preventive maintenance, etc., but it makes commercially reasonable efforts to keep the Service running 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
5. Funtic shall not be liable for any damage (direct or indirect) caused to the User or third parties as a result of the use or inability to use the Service and shall not compensate for such damage unless otherwise provided by applicable law of the Republic of Austria.
6. Funtic shall not be liable for any damage to the device or software of the User or any other person caused by or related to the use of the Service or by clicking on the links posted on the Service unless otherwise provided by the applicable laws of the Republic of Austria.
